Within the USA all website orders are shipped USPS Ground free of charge. If you need special shipping arrangements, please contact Customer Service.
Returns Procedure:
- Call the customer service department 1-800-228-7763 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
- Carefully pack the product(s) using original packaging materials (if possible). Enclose the original packing list or a letter with details, contact information i.e., name, address & daytime phone number, online order number, email address
- Return product(s) to the address below
- All product(s) must be returned shipping charges prepaid, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused
